We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our finance team for a 10-month fixed-term contract . This is a hands-on role responsible for financial and management reporting plus supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis and insights. You’ll be joining a high-performing team in a flexible work

environment, with the option to work from home two days per week.

The day to day

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Preparation and review of monthly management reports
• Managing month-end and year-end closing processes
• Conducting variance and trend analysis to support business performance
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborating across departments to implement financial controls and policies
• Providing detailed reports and strategic insights to senior leadership
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Supervising and mentoring administrative team members
• Liaising with external auditors and overseeing audit readiness
• Supporting the ongoing development of financial systems and process improvements
