Finance and Insurance Business Manager - AUTOrecruit

Our client operates a multi-franchise dealership in North Queensland and is looking for a Finance and Insurance Business Manager to join their team. The position will report to the Sales Manager and our client is willing to consider expressions of interest from experienced Business Managers, or someone who is ready to step up into the role and commence their career as a Trainee Business Manager.

We have worked with the Dealer Principal at this site previously and believe that whoever goes into this role will secure for themselves a drama-free position, with a dealership that will only go from strength to strength.

The ideal candidate for this position would have some experience in a similar role and be focused on :

• Maximising sales results for the dealership
• Achieving / exceeding targets
• Presentation, Introduction and Selling of all Finance, Insurance and Warranty products to customers
• Working closely with the sales team to build relationships, negotiate and close finance deals
• Managing the Finance and Insurance process, including the collection and submission of documents
• Selling insurance and warranty products

An attractive remuneration package comprising a $70,000 retainer plus incentives will be discussed with the ideal candidate. Consideration will also be given towards relocation and accommodation.
