Vinnies Victoria is currently looking for a talented Duty Manager to join our vibrant team at our Kilmore Shop. In this role, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers who are just as passionate about giving back to their communities as you are.
A hive of activity, this shop is offering a unique opportunity for a retail superstar to take on their next leadership opportunity.
We are the St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria or, more fondly, Vinnies Victoria. For more than 165 years we have been providing practical and compassionate support to people across Victoria whose daily struggles can include putting food on the table, paying essential utilities and ensuring their children remain at school to obtain an education.
Under our Good Works umbrella we have many services and programs, including soup vans, education programs, home visitation programs and VincentCare Victoria (VCV), which assists some of Victoria's most vulnerable communities, such as people experiencing homelessness, the housing crisis and family violence, and the elderly. VCV also provides employment to people living with disability.
Retail to you is second nature and if you can channel your extensive experience into directly contributing to the community.
Great at visual merchandising? Love achieving results? Want to make your Shop an amazing place for our dedicated volunteers? If you have answered yes, this could be a truly great opportunity for you to make a significant impact.
If making a difference in your local community is important to you and you meet our essential requirements, we can't wait to hear from you.
Please send us your updated CV that tells us a little more about you and why you would be perfect for the role.
