Site Administrator

The Site Support Officer is responsible for providing office support, including accounts support, mobilisation, payroll assistance, flight and accommodation bookings.

Job tasks and responsibilities

The responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Data entry and processing;
• Flight and accommodation bookings using INX InFlight;
• Invoice batching, processing of requisitions and purchase orders;
• Formatting of reports;
• Maintaining site work rosters;
• Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems;
• Ensure all site access requirements are adhered to, and the maintenance of relevant records.
• Ensure employee records are maintained to comply with legislative requirements.
• Keep accurate daily contractor records.
• Maintaining various site registers and distribution of reports;
• Maintaining local office facilities, services and supplies.
• Compiling and reporting daily breathalyser reports
• Assisting with Payroll data capture and reporting
• Assist with Shutdown mobilisations

About the Business

Catalyst Metals owns and operates the Plutonic Gold Mine in the Eastern Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The Company produces 110koz of gold annually from two operations – the Plutonic Gold Mine in WA & the Henty Gold Mine in Australia. It also holds the Four Eagles Gold Project in Bendigo.

The Company plans to bring four new mining areas at Plutonic into production over the next 12 to 18 months, growing Group production to 200koz of gold.
