• Key Responsibilities
• Partner with legal and IT teams to assess existing systems and processes
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
• Develop and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency
• Provide expert insights and recommendations for best practices
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of improvements
• Qualifications and Experience
• Degree qualified
• Minimum 3-year's proven experience in legal operations or a related field
• Strong understanding of legal technology and processes, automation and process improvement
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement automation solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
