With continued growth and a strong commitment to service excellence, they are now seeking a professional and reliable Administration Officer to be the welcoming face of their head office and provide high-quality Reception, Administration, including HR administration support across all departments.
- Greet visitors and assist with enquiries at reception
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and messages, and directing them appropriately
- Supporting client service teams with general telephone and admin duties
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and documentation
- Assist with raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records
- Support the maintenance of client and staff databases and files
- Monitor and restock office supplies and consumables
- Report repairs and maintenance needs for office equipment and facilities
- Support events coordination and organisational activities when required
- Provide high-quality general administrative assistance across departments
- Perform other duties as directed by the Executive Officer or Senior Leader

Previous experience as an Administration Officer or similar administrative support rolePermanent full-time Australian working rightsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional mannerStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExperience in the aged care or healthcare sector (preferably)Confidence in handling reception duties and multitasking in a dynamic environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
