About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactiveCloud Application Support & Engineering Analyst to join our AI and Data Transformation Program in Perth. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background inAzure and AWS ,infrastructure automation , andAI-integrated cloud environments . You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing cloud-native applications that power enterprise-scale data and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 / 3 support for cloud-hosted applications and services across Azure Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab. Develop and manage infrastructure as code usingTerraform ,CloudFormation , or similar tools. Support AI-enabled applications and APIs, including integration with platforms likeOpenAI orAzure Cognitive Services . Automate diagnostics, monitoring, and incident response usingPython ,Bash , orPowerShell . Collaborate with DevOps, data, and architecture teams to ensure platform stability and performance. Implement and manage monitoring and observability tools such asCloudWatch ,Datadog , orSumo Logic .

Key Skills & Experience

Junio to Mid level Cloud Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience Strong hands-on experience withAzure (Pipelines, Repos, Functions, AD) Proficiency inscripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell). Experience withCI / CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab). Familiarity withAI / ML integration in cloud environments. Solid understanding ofnetworking, security, and monitoring in cloud platforms. Experience withdata integration tools (e.g., Talend, Azure Data Factory) is a plus.

Desirable

Exposure tocontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes). ITIL certification or experience in ITSM environments. Experience in education, finance, or enterprise SaaS environments.
