What You’ll Do

• Conduct pre-purchase inspections, progress reports, defect assessments , and strata reports
• Provide clear, professional advice to clients
• Deliver accurate, detailed reports with confidence
• Work with clients, builders, and developers to resolve concerns
• Stay sharp with ongoing training and industry updates

What You’ll Need

• WA Registered Building Practitioner (Essential)
• Building inspection experience preferred
• 5+ years in residential or commercial construction
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
• A calm, confident approach and problem-solving mindset
