This role is all about fostering an environment of unconditional positive regard, empowering every student to thrive.

As a key collaborator, the Education & Wellbeing Coordinator will provide expert educational guidance and wellbeing support, playing a pivotal role in driving success for both the Clifton Hill team and education leaders!Our Clifton Hill campus is a Foundation - Senior Years school.This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity based in Clifton Hill within our MacKillop Education program.

The position reports to the Principal.

This position will begin in 2026.Key Selection CriteriaRelevant qualifications in educationRelevant experience supporting vulnerable children and young people.An understanding of trauma-informed practice in a school setting.A proven ability to work in a complex multi-disciplinary and collaborative environment, with a focus on democratic participatory leadership.Demonstrated alignment with the ethos and identity of a Catholic school and a commitment to model these values as a leader.Please address the full Key Selection Criteria outlined in the PD as part of your application.For a full position listing, please click APPLY.
