AV is seeking an experienced education coordinator to provide delivery and logistics expertise to the Continuing Education team within our Operational Capability Department. This is a full time, permanent position currently based in Blackburn North (hybrid WFH options available).

It is expected that you have an understanding and extensive experience in developing program delivery plans and building rapport with internal and external stakeholders with a knowledge of workplace training and education systems, frameworks, strategies, and the flexible alternatives for the delivery of education and training. It is also expected that you are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Successful applicants will need to have received the mandated COVID-19 vaccinations and be willing to complete pre-employment screening including a Police Check. (WHERE REQUIRED : This role also requires the successful applicant to hold a current Working with Children Check).
This position is graded at AV4. The AV grade salary range for an AV4 position is $97,609 to $122,156 plus 10.5% superannuation. The expectation is that employees will commence at the base of the grade applicable to a position.
