As a Team Assistant, you'll support a dynamic Business Services team, ensuring our clients receive accurate, timely, and professional service every step of the way.

What You'll Be DoingClient Service & ATO Coordination Be the first point of contact for client queries via phone and email

Liaise with the ATO regarding lodgements, extension requests, and general follow-ups

Track and manage key lodgement deadlines and proactively update managers and partners

Team & Administration Support Support the team's workflow by managing WIP, assisting with fee preparation, and updating quote trackers

Help build and refine internal templates and documents used across the Business Services team

Maintain and update client records, meeting notes, and structural changes in internal systems

Distribute mail and assist with document handling and filing as required

Collaborate with the Team Assistant to ensure smooth administrative support across the group

Is This You?You have 3+ years of administration experience, ideally in an accounting firm or professional services environment

You're a confident communicator and know how to build strong working relationships

You're tech-savvy and have strong attention to detail when it comes to data and documentation

You thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments and enjoy contributing to shared goals

You're eager to learn, take initiative, and support others to deliver their best work
