Fixed Term Contract - RELIEF COVER (3 months) Tarragal House , an elegant and welcoming aged care home on the beautiful NSW Central Coast, is close to stunning beaches, national parks, and the famous Erina Fair Shopping Centre. The facility features spacious, beautifully appointed suites with large windows offering views of landscaped courtyards and gardens. Designed around three courtyards with English, French, and tropical garden themes, Tarragal House provides residents with plenty of choices for relaxing with family and friends.

About the Role : We are seeking a Part-Time / Full Time Receptionists / Administration Assistant to join our team on a FIXED TERM BASIS till August 2025.

You will be based at our Tarragal House located at 107 Karalta Road, Erina NSW 2250. Your employment hours will be Wednesday to Friday : 08 : 30am to 5 : 00pm. We provide staff with a safe and supportive environment. Our staff are well-trained in our systems to ensure the highest level of care for our residents. Our reward and recognition program which is well received.

Administration Assistant is dedicated to support the management team and perform clerical duties

Manage workflow and serve as the main point of contact at Mona Vale House Nursing Home.

To be successful, we're looking for someone : Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Good attention to detail, be highly organized and able to engage with a range of people.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to priorities work.

Excellent in time management skill with multitasking capabilities

Handles confidential information with discretion and puts customer service at the forefront of their work.
