Administration Officer - Fixed Term

Lutheran Services is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administration Officer to join a team atOrana Aged Care in Kingaroy on aPart-Time basis Fixed Term basis until 19 / 12 / 25 (4 hrs per day Monday to Friday)

About the Role :

As anAdministration Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations within our Home Care services. You will collaborate with clients, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to support the efficient delivery of services. Your responsibilities will include :

Providing exceptional customer service to clients, families, employees, and visitors. Managing and coordinating administrative tasks includingscheduling meetings, maintaining records, and processing documentation. Assisting with our Home Care Package program and Commonwealth Home Support Program Service delivery administration. Supporting the Home Care team in various administrative functions, Ensuring accurate handling of confidential and sensitive information.

About You :

To be successful in this role, you will have :

Experience in an administrative support role Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
