We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised

• Service Administrator
• to join our team on a
• 12-month fixed term contract
• This is a vital role within our Brisbane Service team, providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our service delivery.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination of service jobs, timesheet entry, travel bookings, and general office administration. You will also be part of a rotating reception roster, ensuring professional front-of-house service for both visitors and phone enquiries.

• Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
• Providing administrative support to the Service Manager and Supervisors
• Processing timesheets, booking travel, and assisting with workflow coordination
• Processing purchase orders, receipting supplier invoices, and supporting cost tracking
• Participating in the reception roster, including answering phones and greeting visitors
• Managing uniforms, office supplies, and consumables
• Maintaining contractor records and supporting inductions
• Handling document management, mail distribution, filing, and general office upkeep
• Assisting with meeting room setups and providing back-up support to other administrators as required
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in an administration or office support role (2-3 years preferred, but not essential)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional phone manner
• Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with a collaborative approach to work
