- About the role
Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, you will have full P&L responsibility for the WA & Singapore region, managing 20+ sites and circa $50m in revenue.
As part of the role you will be responsible for :
- Driving the strategic direction of the WA business unit including growth plan, and supporting growth of a large Singapore clinic
- Leading and developing a team including regional managers
- Driving commercial and operational improvement across all functions
- Ensuring safety and compliance across all sites and turning around underperforming sites
- Strengthening brand and value proposition in WA
- Fostering a supportive, distributed leadership culture that empowers JV partners and clinic leaders to perform at their best
- Being part of the wider senior leadership and contributing to the strategic plan of the wider business
- Experience & Skills
To ensure your success in this role, you must present with :
- Leadership experience gained from large corporate retail environments with experience managing significant multisite footprint
- Ideally experience gained within consumer services industries including healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance et al
- Experience managing a P&L
- Experience leading and developing team of managers
- A highly commercial and strategic leader who has proven experience in significantly growing and turning around businesses
- Strong operational background
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ideally Bachelors or MBA qualified
