Systems Trainer & Applications Support Analyst_to create and maintain an efficient training function across the business for new and exisiting employees. This role is an integral position to the company reporting into the Systems Manager (who is awesome), i have to say it is definitely a role for someone who loves to learn and create a fun experience to upskill staff!This role is certainly for someone who is capable of absorbing information well and coming up with ways to really enforce a strong understanding across the business with the systems they use. Someone who is organised and happy go lucky will suit this role well!
The RoleWorking along side the Systems Manager / Business Analyst you will be responsible for....First month check-ins / skills analysis with new starters to provide follow-up systems training if required.Liaise with external SAS provider helpdesks (where applicable)Identify areas of continuous improvement, co-ordinate and perform system masterclass sessionsSupport the Business Analyst / Systems Administrator on ad hoc projects as required including systems implementations, process improvement, data cleansing etc.What You'll NeedA strong systems / tech savvy backgroundA strong understanding with SharePointA positiive attitude & great at dealing with people on all levelsEngaging approach & Can do attitudeAt least 4 years experience in a training roleOpen to induistry however an understanding or exposure to Construction is desirablePassion for training people!Please NoteOnly3567195
