About the Role As Account Director, you'll take the lead on key client relationships, overseeing a diverse portfolio of digital projects and marketing initiatives.

You'll act as a strategic advisor - planning ahead, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring we deliver value at every step.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment.

You'll work closely with our experienced Delivery, UX, Strategy, Marketing, and Technical teams to turn client vision into meaningful outcomes.

You understand the dynamics of client-agency partnerships and can navigate complexity with ease.

Skills you'll possess : 7+ years' experience in a similar role (agency or consultancy experience preferred) Proven experience managing digital accounts and multi-disciplinary teams Strong understanding of DXP / CMS websites, product development and digital marketing A track record of driving client growth and retention Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Strategic thinking and commercial acumen The ability to lead conversations at a senior level with confidence and clarity Why Join equ?
