A well-established boutique property law firm on the Gold Coast is seeking a seasoned Senior Property Lawyer to step into a pivotal leadership role within the practice. This is a rare opportunity to take charge of a high-performing division, working closely with sophisticated property clients on complex and high-value matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Off-the-plan contracts : Deliver expert pre-contractual advice and manage transactions through to execution.
• Major project work : Lead matters for three substantial projects nearing registration.
• Represent buyers and developers in high-value transactions and disputes (worth up to $8 million).
• Oversee a capable internal team, including two senior conveyancing paralegals and a law clerk.
• Collaborate with counsel on estate litigation matters.
• Optionally handle wills, depending on your experience and interest.
• Be a trusted, accessible advisor to both clients and team members.
