THE ROLE

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our established Property Management Team. Your responsibilities will vary; however, your position will be predominately focused on our clients and with industry leading tech and amazing support structures, you will have time in your day to truly help our clients.

Key Responsibilities Include

• All daily end to end portfolio management, including arrears,
• Meeting clients, building strong relationships,
• Become the knowledge and expert in your field,
• Entries and exits,
• Liaising with owners, tenants, and tradesmen, all with the help of an Assistant Property Manager,
• Maintenance / routine inspections.
