Role 1 : Property & Business Transactions (3–7 PAE)

This position sits within a dedicated property team, working directly with senior lawyers on :

• Business sales and acquisitions including management rights, motels, and rent rolls
• Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing
• Residential and commercial property transactions
