Known for its vibrant atmosphere, quality food, and warm hospitality, Overture is looking for a skilled Full-Time Chef to lead its dynamic kitchen.

What You'll Do : Plan, prepare, and present high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and weekend dinner services

Contribute to seasonal menu design with a focus on modern Australian flavours

Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and presentation

Oversee kitchen operations, manage food preparation timelines, and ensure consistency

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed

Manage inventory, stock ordering, and minimise food wastage

What We're Looking For : Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant

Creativity, passion for fresh ingredients, and an eye for plating

Strong knowledge of food safety standards and compliance

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work collaboratively and stay calm under pressure
