- Description
- Reporting to the Senior Project Manager Strategy, you will
- Review lending processes, complete individual department documented process changes, including information sheets, procedure, and documented processes.
- Ensure accuracy of content in supporting procedures, both new and existing to integrate the change in system and steps of the lending journey.
- Test documented changes to processes and procedures to validate with Stakeholders as to accuracy and flow.
- Receive, triage, and analyse stakeholder requests for process and procedure changes to ensure changes are appropriate to execution and business owner area
- Analyse new processes built in the lending system and make procedure recommendations to support the new workflows
- Ensure that a strict and clear governance framework is adhered to in order to manage version control of all updated documents prior to publishing
- Utilise Subject Matter Expertise knowledge of end-to-end processes and associated constraints / opportunities / changes to ensure all documents produced or updated are aligned to system and process steps.
- Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to complete the required work and design as well as implement an effective approach to confirm accuracy and flow of updated or new documents.
- Leverage existing principles around virtual teams, Agile, waterfall project methodology
- Work in partnership with an extensive stakeholder group to provide a seamless and united experience for our internal and external customer

- You will need
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for building relationships
- Knowledge in lending processes, procedures and resource material
- Current system and process knowledge
- Proficient skills in the MS Office suite
- High attention to detail skills
