A junior within the critical minerals space that is looking for short term growth and success is currently bolstering their corporate team with a requirement for an Executive
- Feasibility Manager to step into a COO role
- to be situated in their HQ office in Perth, WA.
This start up organisation has all the backing needed and the projects to support their growth ambitions with a couple of simultaneous scoping and feasibility studies ongoing at the moment.
The role duties to be fulfilled for the executive Feasibility Manager will include :
Managing all aspects of scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies with particular responsibility for scope, schedule and quality of deliverables.Maintaining relationships with CEO and expectations.Rare Earths / Lithium / Critical Minerals would suitEngaging and / or managing specialist consultants, e.g. geology, mining, tailings management, geotechnical, environmental.Coordinating the compilation of study reports including NI43-101 compliant reports.Liaising with the internal Process, Engineering and Projects groups to source the most suitable resources for studies.Who wants to take a calculated risk - will be employee in a start up but ambitious companyAssisting development of proposals, budgets and schedules for new studies.The expertise you'll bring :
Extensive experience in the development, delivery and operation of mining or mineral processing studies and projects.Previous experience working as a Study Manager or in a management role within the mining industry. (Around 10 years experience as a minimum)Demonstrate an understanding and proven track record of managing and coordinating various engineering, environmental and social inputs to Greenfield mining developments.Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including consultants and co-workers.Demonstrated ability to achieve consistently high standards within both budgetary and schedule constraints.Experience in developing proposals, budgets and schedules for new studies preferred.Build a team and happy to be autonomous and work 'alone' early on as the team buildsExperience across scoping, PFS and FS would be ideal
