Job descriptionHelp clients resolve commercial disputes by establishing a clear, commercially driven strategy and promoting Where litigation or arbitration is unavoidable, you will assist as an integrated part of our client's legal teams or Quantity surveying, cost management, commercial or contract management, contract administration, and / or Providing support to senior team members involved in the preparation of contractual claims on construction Primarily Perth based, possibly with some interstate and / or international travel. 1-2 years of experience working in a construction or engineering environment, preferably in a commercial, Tertiary qualifications in a surveying, construction management, engineering or mining discipline An interest in construction law and dispute resolution, with a desire to progress a career with an international Excellent written and spoken English skills. Fully conversant with MS Office and possess excellent MS Excel skills.
