Join our dynamic Australasia Marketing Team at Mastercard as a Marketing Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer and cardholders marketing strategies and priceless platform and program. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with global, regional, and local internal teams to craft innovative marketing solutions that leverage Mastercard's powerful priceless and partnership assets and platform and delivering end to end marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager, you will :
- Lead Partner Programs : Drive the execution of partner marketing initiatives that align with our global and local brand strategy. This includes management and implementation of Mastercard's priceless platform and partnerships.
- Marketing Campaign Management and Evaluate Campaign Success : Leading and managing end to end priceless campaigns and initiatives. Measure and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet desired objectives and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop Thought Leadership : Create and communicate thought leadership content, positioning Mastercard and priceless as a market leader.
- Support Business Initiatives : Collaborate with business development and account management teams to plan and execute lead generation campaigns, driving customer interest in Mastercard's products and solutions.
- Craft Compelling Presentations : Guide the development of persuasive presentations and materials to respond to customer RFPs.
- Coordinate Marketing Efforts : Work closely with local partners (issuers and merchants) consumer marketing teams and global IMC teams to ensure seamless delivery of priceless marketing programs to consumers, including managing brand approvals.
- Manage Budgets : Oversee the budget for your projects, ensuring all campaigns and activities are delivered within allocated resources.
