HustleTalent is excited to be partnering with Tech challenger brand, that's growing fast across Australia and New Zealand. They’re ready to bring marketing in-house and are looking for a Marketing Manager who’s part strategist, part content creator, and part digital operator. Someone who doesn’t just write the plan but actually hits publish.

This is a hands-on role for a marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves turning ideas into action, and knows how to use AI to get more done without compromising quality. No endless stakeholder layers. No handballing to agencies. Just real ownership and the tools to move quickly.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the full marketing calendar, from campaign themes to lead gen sprints
• Creating smart, engaging content that connects with the right audience
• Managing digital performance across paid and organic channels
• Building and improving nurture journeys and automations using tools like HubSpot
• Optimising the website to drive traffic and increase conversions
• Partnering with Sales, Product and Client teams to align marketing with growth goals
• Using AI tools to speed up content creation and campaign delivery
• Working with a small agency pool for things like design or SEO, while keeping core execution in-house
