This strategic and hands-on role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and manages a small internal team and external agency partners.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive stakeholders to ensure marketing is aligned with business goals and grounded in data, creativity, and market insight.About UsExperteq is a proudly Australian-owned IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Professional Services Consultancy with over 30 years of experience.

We offer deep technical expertise across a comprehensive range of services, including trusted private and public cloud solutions, end-user services, and business optimisation.What You Will Do HereLead the development and execution of Experteq's marketing strategy aligned with GTM priorities.Manage integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner marketing.Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and executive communications.Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, and website optimisation.Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to refine positioning and enablement assets.Manage agency relationships and marketing budgets to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.Who You AreA strategic and execution-focused marketing leader with B2B experience in technology or professional services.Skilled in digital marketing, campaign analytics, and marketing automation tools.A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.Experienced in managing teams, agency partners, and cross-functional collaboration.Analytical and insights-driven, with a passion for data-informed decision-making.Adaptable, collaborative, and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.Why You Will Love Working Here Meaningful Flexibility : Hybrid work model with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, plus flexible hours.
