Lane Cove, NSWAs the Brand Marketing Manager at Propvue Group, you will elevate our brand's identity across a national franchise network of 180+ offices (Belle Property brands and Hockingstuart).
- Responsibilities include
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Lead to onboard new marketing and brand suppliers for the franchise network
- Manage the onboarding process for marketing collateral for new offices, including new template setup
- Manage internal and external graphic designers to develop and optimise brand and marketing materials
- Maintain relationships with national printing, merchandise, and brand suppliers to ensure quality and brand consistency
- Ensure franchisees use on-brand materials and educate them on brand standards as needed
- Work with the Brand Marketing Lead to create new brand marketing initiatives
- Oversee the setup of new templates in the marketing automation system
- Ensure compliance of brand marketing collateral with state regulations
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to report on marketing usage and inform new initiatives
- Build relationships with franchisees to gather feedback on marketing needs
- Qualifications
- 4-6 years in brand management, marketing, or a related field
- Preferred : Real estate industry experience
- Team management and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Adobe Creative Cloud skills (preferred)
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and equity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present creative ideas to senior management and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

This role is full time in Sydney, Lane Cove.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, with work from home flexibilities (at the discretion of your manager).
