Brand & Marketing Manager

The Role

We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to lead SBM’s brand and go-to-market strategy. This role is about telling our story clearly, consistently, and creatively across all channels while driving business results.

As a Brand & Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive how SBM shows up in the market, from our messaging and campaigns to our content and digital presence. You will engage with multi-disciplinary teams to develop top strategies for the company’s success.

You will lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership. You will need to derive insights from the data, which will enable the business to set the direction for growth. As your skills increase, you can expect to advance in roles with increased responsibilities. Overall, we want people who aren't afraid to take smart risks and innovate.

Key focus areas :

• Refine and streamline the company’s messaging across all platforms
• Develop content strategies that attract, engage and convert
• Create and manage campaigns to grow awareness and generate inbound leads
• Maintain a consistent, high-quality brand presence across digital and traditional media
• Own and optimise our website, LinkedIn and EDMs
• Track and report performance to guide future activity
• Identify market gaps, competitor activity and growth opportunities
• Drive business development with sharp collateral and pitch support
