West HQ is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Brand Marketing Manager to be part of our expanding marketing team.

Situated on a unique 8-hectare space, West HQ is the leading Entertainment, Fitness, Lifestyle and Accommodation destination in Western Sydney. We are home to an impressive collaboration of businesses including the Sydney Coliseum Theatre (2,000 seats), Sydney Gymnastic & Aquatic Centre (5,000 fitness members); ONE55 Health & Fitness (3,000 members), 4.5 star Novotel Sydney West HQ (164 Rooms) and a host of branded dining outlets including Gelatissimo, New Town Thai Street Food, Pizzaperta by Stefano Manfredi, Steak & Oyster Co by Sean Connolly and Chu Restaurant by China Doll.
West HQ tenants include leading providers of recreation and leisure activities (Zone Bowling and Gymnastics NSW) and sports medicine, Sydney West Sports Medicine.
West HQ plans to continue to capitalise on the unprecedented growth seen in the Western Sydney region including the Western Sydney International Airport and we are looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to help realise these business aspirations.
Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, the Brand Marketing Manager will work closely with West HQ's Marketing Leadership Team and its roster of agencies.
This role is unique across the Arts & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Accommodation, Fitness and Lifestyle industries and therefore it requires experience in multi campaign development and the ability to manage a myriad of projects and tasks to deliver on time and on budget.
With an acute 'eye' for detail and an experienced 'ear' for right message right channel the Brand Marketing Manager will be an expert in developing and maintaining our brand standards.
The Brand Manager will be a standout individual who has a creative mindset and is informed by data and insights all of which is underpinned by strong project management skills. Often working on multiple brand projects across various businesses stakeholders and agencies at once, the ability to work collaboratively across the team and effectively managing competing priorities is an intrinsic skillset.
