Key responsibilities Provide personal care, hygiene and mobility support at home Assist client to appointments and community events Support client with domestic duties, meal preparation and medication reminders Ensure a safe, respectful and empowering environment for client Administration assistance such as booking appointments Ideally the successful applicant will have the following qualities Energetic, positive and bubbly personality Excellent English skills Great critical thinking and active listening skills Non-smoker Honest, reliable and hard-working Be compassionate, empathetic and patient This particular client is a ultra creative person, so it would be great if you are into all things art! Additionally, you will need to have the following qualifications / experience A minimum of 2 years support work experience and / or relevant qualifications First Aid and CPR certificates WWCC National Police Clearance Medication management certificate A valid drivers license A comprehensive insured and reliable vehicle. WA Supports is a small support work business located in Lesmurdie WA. Our focus is delivering the best possible care to our clients by ensuring clients receive the same carers every week.
This position is a casual ongoing role, caring for
- client. This ensures better health outcomes for our clients. This role would suit a nursing student or experienced support worker looking to supplement their income with a regular casual position.
We are seeking an experienced support worker to fill this ongoing position. The role is available from 8am-2pm every Monday and occasional cover for sick leave. There is also an opportunity to extend hours for the successful applicant. For this particular role, we are only seeking
We are looking to fill this role as soon as possible, with a start date as early as next week.
Pay : $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
