• spinal cord injury care
• to support one of our valued NDIS participants residing in
• St Albans

• 5 hours per day, 5 days per week

• Key Responsibilities
• Assist with
• activities of daily living (ADLs)
• personal hygiene
• Provide
• complex health care support
• in line with client needs and care plans
• Administer or assist with
• medication management
• Support with
• mobility and transfer
• using assistive equipment (hoists, slide sheets, etc.)
• Maintain clear and professional communication and documentation
• Essential Requirements
• Prior experience supporting clients with
• spinal cord injuries
• Proficient in the use of
• mobility aids and transfer equipment.
• Understanding of
• complex health care needs
• and risk mitigation.
• First Aid & CPR (current).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Manual Handling Training.
• Valid Driver's Licence (preferred).
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

Pay : $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours : 20 per week
