Our client is a purpose-driven Australian construction company headquartered on the Central Coast. They specialise in the design, manufacture, and delivery of modular housing solutions. They have diverse clientele, including charities, government entities, and affordable retirement communities. Delivering projects ranging from $1M-$30M.

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced SeniorArchitect . The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and client expectations.

The ideal candidate combines strong design sensibilities with technical expertise and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and plans for residential projects.
• Create detailed drawings, models, and specifications using CAD / BIM software.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents and ensure quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout all project phases.
• Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and construction administration activities.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
