You'll manage an established portfolio of SME and Commercial clients and play a key role in driving new business growth across the SME and mid-market sectors.What You'll DoIn this influential role, you will be at the forefront of delivering expert advisory services and bespoke insurance solutions to a diverse client base.Key responsibilities include : Strategic Client Advisory – Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor, offering tailored insurance advice that supports the evolving needs of SME and Commercial clients across varied industries.Business Development – Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through relationship-building, networking, and a deep understanding of client objectives.Solution Design & Delivery – Craft and present comprehensive insurance strategies that are customised, competitive, and aligned with each client's risk profile and business goals.Client Relationship Management – Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication, high-touch service, and a commitment to client success.Internal Collaboration – Partner with internal teams, including underwriting and operations, to ensure seamless delivery and service excellence at every touchpoint.What We OfferCareer Progression & Development – We're invested in your growth.
