- The Role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in Omni by managing the daily schedule, communications, and administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain valuable experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
Your will be responsible for
- Organising the CEO's daily schedule and meetings, including booking meeting rooms as required
- Organising and managing the CEO's travel arrangements and travel acquittals.
- Preparing presentations and reports as required
- Managing office documentation and organisation on behalf of the CEO
- Other reasonable tasks as directed by the Executive team, including the Executive Advisor, and General Managers
- A high degree of integrity and a commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet objectives and targets for our clients
- High level of organisation and attention to detail with technical writing skills
- A strong commitment to upholding Omni's values and ethical standards.
- Essential Requirements
The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to Omni.
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Desirable Qualifications / Education / Training
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Certificate in Business Administration such as Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Business Administration or Human Resource management
