Drive the implementation and ongoing improvement of the department's portfolio, program and project management.
Conduct reviews of programs and projects and deliver high quality program and project governance and guidance to stakeholders.
Provide Senior Leaders and governance committees high-quality briefing notes, insights, information papers, presentations, and performance reports on the department's portfolio, programs, projects in accordance with departmental and whole-of-government requirements.
Foster a culture of collaboration within and external to the business unit team and build trusted and effective working relationships with stakeholders.
Represent the business unit in governance committees, departmental forums and whole-of-government activities as required.
What you will bring (qualifications, registrations, experience) :
Hands-on experience in driving (as opposed to just participating in or contributing to) the implementation and ongoing improvement of a portfolio and / or program and / or project management; and conducting reviews of programs and / or projects.
Strong expertise, experience and / or qualifications in portfolio and / or program and / or project management.
Very good communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to Senior Leaders, governance committees and departmental forums.
