• Showcase your commercial claims experience optimise operational processes and coaching for performance
• Partner with Team Leaders and Technical Specialists to develop technical career pathways growing our internal talent
• Brisbane Sydney or Melbourne location
• 12 month role with the possibly to be extended or made permanent

We are looking for someone ready for their next career challenge in commercial insurance. Well experienced ideally claims but alternatively relevant legal underwriting recoveries or customer relations backgrounds who now want to develop their coaching and mentoring skills to progress their careers in technical claims management toward a senior claims portfolio manager or technical specialist focussing on complex claims environments of Events & Natural Hazards.

You will work closely with the broader technical community to establish frameworks and practices optimising claims outcomes for customers and enabling the growth and development of claims officers from new starters to specialist claims portfolio managers.
