Assistant Director of Financial OperationsOur client, a very large Federal Government Organisation, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Financial Operations.Responsibilities : Oversee the Financial Operations activities.Lead, supervise, and develop a small team.Provide expertise and technical knowledge in Accounting.Research, interpret, and apply legislative requirements, including Commonwealth financial compliance and legislative frameworks, to resolve moderately complex issues.Build rapport and maintain internal and external relationships; respond to inquiries; provide assistance and factual advice promptly.Experience : 5+ years demonstrated Financial Operations experience.3+ years proven experience in team leadership.Diploma or degree qualifications in Accounting, Business, or Finance.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to review, analyze, and recommend solutions.A pre-engagement check is required before any official employment offer.To apply for this long-term and interesting contract opportunity, please apply online or contact Alex at (02) 6299 1006.
