Max Term - Part Time Role - 3 Days Per WeekAttractive Salary PackagingSome flexibility in daysAbout the RoleThe Client Liaison Officer role exists to provide administrative and customer service support to the Seniors' team and clients, contributing to the efficient and effective operating of the programs delivered.
You will be responsible for the overall coordination of service delivery and the quality of support services for individual clients and work in collaboration with a range of other staff to ensure quality service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for
- Manage client enquiries in a timely and respectful manner.
- Provide administrative support for projects as required, including marketing of services, and contacting new prospective clients.
- Use the Client Management System to maintain up to date and accurate client profiles and service delivery.
- Assist in the general presentation and upkeep of the Seniors group activity site.
- General office duties.
- About you
This role is ideal for someone who has :
- Proven high level experience in reception and administration.
- Good understanding of Community Aged Care.
- Experience and skills in rostering shifts
- Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritise a wide range of tasks.
- Demonstrate initiative and work independently.
- Diplomacy, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in or willingness to learn Client Management Systems.
- Knowledge of and ability to enact Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
- Experience in dealing with families and carers of seniors (Desirable).
- Relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Business Administration (Desirable).
- Current NSW Driver's Licence.
