Job descriptionAccredited Certificate in Disability / Agedcare / Mental Health / Community services Minimum 2 years experience in aged care or disability. Working With Children's Check Police Record Check First Aid and CPR Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Current First Aid including CPR Valid Drivers' License with access to own vehicle. Comprehensive insurance with vehicle would be advantageous. We are looking for dedicated support workers, who have a broad understanding of support & care, strong values, commitment and have an exceptional attitude to assist our clients with independent living, community support, life skills development, retreat and holiday care, respite, fitness, nutrition support, and personal care.
Mental health experience would be advantageous.
Essential Skill Requirements :
- Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding of people living with disabilities
- Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience providing respectful supports to the clients
