About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Blaster / Painter for FIFO work, supporting shutdowns and ongoing maintenance across mining and oil & gas projects.

The successful candidate will bring at least 5 years' experience, with proven competency in both conventional and airless blasting and painting techniques.

This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and the ability to work in remote environments.

Key Responsibilities Surface preparation and application of coatings using conventional and airless spray equipmentPerform abrasive blasting and industrial painting in accordance with project specifications and safety requirementsEnsure surface profiles and coating thicknesses meet required standardsCarry out work in confined spaces and at heights as requiredMaintain a clean, organised, and safe worksite, adhering to all WHS policiesInterpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, and job scopesMinimum 5 years' experience as an industrial blaster / painterProficient in conventional and airless spray techniquesWorking at Heights certification – EssentialWhite Card – EssentialAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testPreferred Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in the mining or oil & gas sectorCertificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application (preferred but not mandatory)NACE Level 1 or 2 certification (advantageous)Confined Space Entry certificationEWP / Scissor Lift ticketPrevious FIFO or remote work experienceWhat We Offer FIFO from major cities to Northern Territory project sitesCompetitive rates and regular workFlights, meals, and accommodation providedSafe, supportive, and professional work environmentOpportunities for long-term project work and career progressionHow to Apply If you're a qualified Blaster / Painter with the skills and experience listed above, and you're ready for your next FIFO opportunity, please submit your resume and a cover letter to :
