Granite ConsultingPerth, AustraliaAbout the Role : We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join a leading company in the logistics and transport industry on a 6-8 month contract .
Key Responsibilities : Able to use 2pack paintUse airless spray unitsAble to paint on stainless steelsAble to paint prepApply decalsHave industrial experience Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
Apply paint using spray guns and other techniques to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish.
Conduct touch-ups, refinishing, and detailing as required.
Mix and match paints to achieve the desired color and consistency.
Inspect and assess vehicles to determine necessary paintwork.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Skills & Experience : Proven experience as an Industrial Painter (preferably within the transport or logistics sector).
Strong knowledge of different paint types, application techniques, and industry best practices.
Ability to mix and match colors accurately.
Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes.
Experience working with commercial or heavy vehicles is highly desirable .
Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures.
