ICExperts Academy is our new online training brand, launched last year, to complement our core business brand by providing practical online self-study training courses relating to ISO Management Systems Standards.
- About the Role
We're looking for a full time Sales Coordinator who's ideally Sydney based and can come into our Northmead office at least a couple of days a week - with the flexibility to also work from home if you want to.
You'll compliment our professional and growing team and be a part of our ongoing success by supporting the sales and project delivery processes for ISO Certification Experts and ICExperts Academy. This role is responsible for managing the sales process to nurture and qualify the leads that come to us with no cold calling required.
The main responsibilities are :
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to assist in planning the best approach for them
- Prepare and issue fee proposals
- Manage the existing sales pipeline and maintain records across our systems
- Facilitate the Sales to Project handover process
- Support the communication and administration needs of client projects
- Assist in coordination and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve sales goals
- Report sales metrics, dashboards, trends, results and areas needing improvement
- Provide sales and project related administration and support as required across the business
- About you

- Qualifications
- Business Administration or Management qualification
- Experience
- Ideally, at least one year in a professional B2B customer contact role
- Knowledge
- Knowledge of Sales and Client Relationship fundamentals
