About The Opportunity

Programmed is currently seeking Customer Service Specialiststo join our dynamic and friendly multi-channel operations contact centre based in Burswood.

In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers reporting non-functional EV chargers and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of work orders ensuring timely issue resolution effective communication with internal teams and external contractors and a high level of customer satisfaction.

This is a Full-Time 12-month fixed term contract with an opportunity to move into a permanent position. You will be a part of a roster with 8 hour rotating shifts from 6am 11pm Monday to Friday with possible weekends on call.
