About your role :
- Engage in and monitor self-development to ensure ongoing education to meet competency and mandatory training requirements.
- Demonstrate empathy, manage conflict appropriately, communicate respectfully and effectively and balance the needs of all stakeholders with utmost respect to all people at all times.
- Demonstrate self-insight and awareness of the effect of own actions on others, to promote positive and supportive work environments, relationships and teamwork within the physiotherapy and multidisciplinary teams.
- Plastering and orthopaedic bracing skills will be highly regarded.
- This position will contribute to the capacity of the physiotherapy service to ensure appropriate levels of resource allocation and service delivery. This position may work a varied roster and may include work on public holidays, weekends as part of a seven-day service or a twilight service. This position may involve rotation through various clinical service areas with the opportunity to relieve other Allied Health Assistant positions within the CHHHS.
