Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.

Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.

Assist in stocking and organizing pantry and kitchen supplies.

Support chefs and cooking staff during meal service.

Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations.

Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chef.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.

Team player with good communication skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
