Job descriptionDrillers Operate and maintain drilling equipment in a safe and efficient manner Perform drilling operations according to project specification and requirements. Conduct pre-drilling inspections and ensure all necessary safety measure are in place. Monitor drilling progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure accurate and precise drilling. Maintain drilling records and provide accurate reports on drilling activities. Manage offsiders and their training. Assisting in set up / dismantling / moving drill rigs and equipment. Offsiders Carry out pre-start checks to ensure the machine is safe to operate before every shift. Operate ancillary equipment including setting up and dismantling Perform processing of formations samples as well as cores including collection, laying out, packing and dispatching. Assisting in set up / dismantling / moving drill rigs and equipment. To be successful in this role you will require the following Proven previous experience working as a Driller or Drillers Offsider High level of physical fitness Function as a team player at all times. Sound knowledge of mining and exploration procedures Previous experience in a FIFO role Australian "HR" class drivers' licence Hold an Enter Confined Space Qualification Hold a Working at Heights Qualification National Police Clearance Cert II Drilling certificate (preferred for Driller Offsiders) Cert III Drilling certificate (essentials for Drillers) Desirable skills & qualifications High Risk - Intermediate Rigging Ticket Current First Aid Certificate Loader, Skid steer, Watercart, Telehandler, Franna operation competencies Benefits Frequent flyer points Salary packaging options Fortnightly Pay Cycle How to Apply

Additionally, we provide ore processing and materials handling services to the mining industry across Western Australia.
- About the role
We have recently added a RC Drilling Rig to our drilling operations, and current seeking 1 x Driller & 2 x Offsiders with prior RC drilling experience to join our team.
In this role you will be required to assist with drilling operations as per the drilling program set by the Project Manager and the Rig Manager to provide exploration drilling services to the Project's Team in remote locations.
