You will be responsible for driving the vision, capability plan and digital delivery of products within HR Solutions remit. Serving as conduit between technology, product, client facing team and operations, the role is pivotal to ensure a seamless end-to-end delivery of HR Solutions products.

Key responsibilities :

• Drive overall Market Understanding and identify customer needs by analyzing market and industry research
• Evaluate competitive landscape and utilize understanding of competitors to identify and articulate high-potential opportunities
• Conduct market validation through review and testing of concepts with existing and prospective customers (voice of customer, customer advisory
• Lead prioritization of opportunities and assess opportunities for, and own development of, strategic partnerships
• Define elements required to meet market needs and determine buy, build, partner approach
• Evaluate solution for commercial viability; Facilitate development of commercial model and packaging discussions
• Understand and communicate the product vision
• Support development of business cases and define product roadmap used in product strategy and planning sessions across the Product Delivery Value Stream
• Contribute to conversations to encourage innovation
• Track attainment of objectives through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide descriptions and requirement definition for product development
• Understand product trade-offs and drive alignment
• Gather feedback and drive improvements during development
• Prepare for and support product release
• Consult with product marketing and provide input
• Monitor product adoption and use, and collect customer feedback
• Track, monitor and ensure effective performance of the product including attainment of revenue and margin objectives
• Manage product offerings to ensure new capabilities meet customer / market needs
• Collect, analyze and interpret data to reach conclusions and / or present insights and findings to drive product lifecycle management decisions including enhancements and sunsetting
