Trinity Beach Tavern is a high-volume, beachfront dining destination known for delivering great food, refreshing drinks, and unbeatable views. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead a large, dynamic kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional service through both peak trade and seasonal events.
About the Role :
- Lead a brigade of 15+ in a high-volume environment
- Oversee daily operations and service across a fast-paced, casual dining menu
- Hands-on role - you'll work alongside your team and lead by example
- Maintain high food and safety standards while ensuring smooth kitchen flow
- Plan and execute major trade periods and key events
- Use AVC systems for ordering, stocktake, rostering, and compliance - must be computer literate
What We’re Looking For :
