We are seeking a friendly and experienced Casual Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team at a busy GP practice in Wamberal.

Requirements :

Previous experience as a medical receptionist (essential)Proficiency in Best Practice software (essential)Excellent communication and organisational skillsProfessional, caring, and patient-focused attitudeResponsibilities :

Greeting and assisting patientsBooking and managing appointmentsProcessing Medicare and private billingsSupporting clinicians with day-to-day administrative tasksHours : Casual – flexible availability preferred, with potential for increased shifts, afternoons, and evenings.
